Founded in 1946 as ‘Jehangir Nursing Home’ by Sir Cowasji Jehangir and Lady Hirabai Jehangir, Jehangir Hospital has evolved into a premier 350-bedded multispecialty centre in the heart of Pune. Guided by Dr. Eduljee H. Coyaji, the hospital was established to provide affordable, personalized care to Pune’s community. Over eight decades, Jehangir Hospital has become one of Pune’s most respected healthcare institutions, serving more than 15,000 inpatients and over 200,000 outpatients annually. The hospital is recognized for its compassionate care, clinical excellence, and commitment to quality, with a team of over 300 consultants and 1,700 support staff.
