They try I think the good is better than any inconvenience. What do you expect from a facility that handles the amount of veterans that they have. Thank you “Atlanta Staff”!

I heard the horror stories for years, but I must say my experience has been good. Do I have to wait a few hours for the ER yes but that is at every hospital because they have more to see than just me. However I must say once they get you to the back they check for everything before letting you go. My healthy vet has been a blessing I have anxiety and I become impatient trying to wait on the phone for someone to answer. The ability to send my doctor a secure message is great they get back to me with in 24 to 48 hours. Community care has been good to. The only complaint right now is commnity care has taken over 2 months to process my new referrals it was done last week and I have been waiting since November to get extra visit approved. Nothing is perfect. I understand they had a back log
