After spending a month at the Royal Alex for a spinal cord injury, I was transferred to the Glenrose rehabilitation hospital. There's not enough words to express all my gratitude to all staffs. The Unit 3B nurses were really caring for the 5 weeks I spent there. I was expecting anything else than struggling but I was wrong. A social worker(Brenda) was assigned to me who helped me a lot to keep my home while I was recovering. My occupational therapist (Marissa) and physiotherapists (Jacqueline & Jim) did some fantastic works to get back walking again and made sure I was ready to go home. Everyone made my staying so enjoyable. Thank you so much.

Wow. The speech pathologist and dietician here put a great deal of thought into how to customize their recommendations for my case.
The x-ray and fluroscopy were friendly and made me feel less anxious about the procedure.
The hospital itself was clean and fairly quiet. There was someone playing relaxing guitar music in the atrium.
The washrooms were wheelchair accessible. Some had doors that opened mechanically with a button.
