We were greeted by Dave when we brought my sister-in-law there, he made us feel at ease and more comfortable with the process plus Chris their maintenance guy and driver was also very helpful. Our loved one received excellent care that exceeded our expectations, after other experiences with loved ones in other facilities. Pam the administrator cares and took care of our needs, allowing us to focus on our loved one vs worrying about if her needs were being addressed. It’s like family there. Both of my parents were in need of rehabilitation following long hospital stays and illnesses, they were able to share a room and get fabulous care at Karen Acres. The therapists do a fantastic job and truly get to know their patients. We felt like we left a bunch of friends when we were finally strong enough to take them home. All the staff are such caring people. If we ever need rehabilitation or a long term nursing home we know where to go!!!
