Great experience as in the past! Brought straight back and had all my test results within a hour that were sent to my phone. Wonderful, compassionate staff and physician. Everything was explained well and a very beautiful, clean facility! Well done Kettering Troy ED. I would give a 10 if possible!

I chose to come to Kettering because I’ve always had amazing experiences there and I had another one added to the list. Stevie the RN I had was so kind, compassionate and helpful throughout my visit. She also did the best IV in my arm I’ve ever received with no pain! She also made sure I was comfortable and tending to my pain and medication. She’s one special Nurse I’d love to always want when I’m in pain. Dr. Edwards was so great with listening to my concerns and delivering the information to me in a calm informative manner. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my diagnosis and next steps. She’s very kind and intelligent which made me feel safe in her care. I’d love to see her again for future emergency situations. I felt so cared for and attended too, thank you for the amazing care.
