Khalili Hospital, also known as Khalili Medical Education Center, is a leading specialty and subspecialty teaching hospital in Shiraz, Iran, affiliated with Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (SUMS). Founded in 1966 through the philanthropy of Mirza Mohammad Khalil Khalili-Shirazi, the hospital initially opened as a 25-bed ENT facility and has since expanded to 8,534 square meters, becoming a regional hub for ophthalmology and ENT (ear, nose, and throat) care. Khalili Hospital is recognized as the only governmental cochlear implant center in southern Iran and is dedicated to training medical students, residents, and fellows in these specialized fields. The hospital is managed by Dr. Mehrdad Salari and is committed to providing state-of-the-art facilities and high-quality, accessible healthcare to both local and regional patients.
