1. I went in for surgery on a broken hand. Every single staff member greeted me kindly, from manager to porter to theatre staff. I felt that the theatre staff listened to my comments and assisted me as much as possible. The theatre was modern and looks well equipped. The nursing staff was attentive and friendly, fast to respond. Again, they listened and made an effort to make me as comfortable as possible. The food, apparently a new caterer, was satisfying. I felt understood and well cared for. All round my best hospital experience so far.
2. Have always received top notch treatment in this hospital from the admissions clerks to the end of my days spent there. Obviously some nurses you seem to clique with better than other but I feel they all try to provide an all encompassing care. I just love Sister Cinna, she definitely keeps her staff towing the line.The Doctors (Sikhosana and Adams) rate up there with world class.
