I visited this hospital for my wife's treatment. The documentation process at the reception is quite lengthy, which takes up a lot of time. If this process could be made smoother, it would be more convenient for patients and their attendants. Overall, the treatment experience was average. Some improvements are needed, especially in the initial process, to reduce waiting time for patients. -Mohd Azeem
