I would like to appreciate the excellent service of the KIMS Hospital team. I was brought to the hospital as an emergency patient on my transit to Germany from India. With no immediate family in Oman, the KIMS staff became like family with their support and encouragement during my treatment period of almost a week. I would like to thank Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Mohamed in the cardiology department and the entire team in the ICU from the nurses to the caretakers. All of them gave me the care that made me surpass a very stressful period. I have to also mention Ms. Anju who worked continuously to get all the insurance paperwork done and formalities to ensure my travel back to Germany was done after my procedure. No words can express my gratitude to the staff and team at KIMS who treated me with love and compassion.
