This is Dr Aisha Wadiwala from India. My father had sudden brain hemorrhage at haram & he was admitted at King Faisal Hospital in Mecca for his further treatment. The team of neurosurgeons especially Dr Najeed who is a specialist & Dr Khalid & team has helped my father immensely. Also the nursing team as well as the administration people & all the staff had helped us in every way possible. Inspite of the difference in language they helped us in every way with kindness & humility. We had a wonderful experience with the quality of care, in respect to doctor expertise, and overall hospital facilities given to us . We are very thankful to everyone. Also at last i need to thank King Salman & Saudi Arabian Government who is constantly helping every haji in their umrah as well as in their hajj pilgrimage. Shukran Jazakallah khair. Allah hafiz.

King faisal hospital excellent in giving care to the patient .. especially the Er staff sometimes they are mistakenly rude unfriendly but its not. Some patient hard to understand that the nurses just following the policy of the hospital . Especially the TRIAGE STAFF, the nurses just doing their job for following the policy procedure of the hospital according to their triage system which some of the patient didnt understand mistakenly saying that the nurses in triage unfiendly and rude.. Nurses from triage area in king faisal makkah prioritizing patient who really needed the most Care that why some patient especially if vitally stable(hemodynamically stable) Are advise to go to Public health. Salute to king faisal hospital staff thou im not into medical profession but i do really understand that you are just trying to help us as much as you want .thank to all of you.
