About Us :

King Taksin Memorial Hospital has a rich history dating back to its establishment as the Cholera Hospital in 1904, aiming to combat infectious diseases like cholera and smallpox. Over the years, it has evolved into a comprehensive medical facility, providing a wide range of healthcare services to the community. The hospital is named in honor of King Taksin the Great, who founded the Thonburi Kingdom in the area where the hospital is located.

AACI Accreditation: In January 2024, the hospital became the first public hospital in Thailand to be accredited by the American Accreditation Commission International (AACI) for its specialization in cancer care. This recognition signifies the hospital's adherence to global standards in healthcare delivery.
Focus on Cancer Care: The hospital's accreditation reflects its exceptional efforts in overcoming challenges and limitations to provide world-class care for cancer patients. This achievement enhances its reputation for serving both local and international communities.
