Techo Sen Koh Thom Hospital is a state-of-the-art public healthcare facility inaugurated on March 13, 2024. Located in Koh Thom District, approximately 50 kilometers south of Phnom Penh, the hospital serves over 400,000 residents across Kandal and Takeo provinces. This hospital is the first large public hospital built in Cambodia in two decades, developed through a collaboration between the Cambodian government and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints under the Cambodia Health Improvement Effort (CHIE).

During the inauguration ceremony, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet presented Elder Kelly R. Johnson of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a sash order medal in recognition of the Church’s contributions to supporting healthcare in Cambodia.
