Just to name a few, the nurses and technicians, including Brooke, Ebony, Pauline, Ms. Sheron, Kenyatta, and a few others I may have forgotten, are truly exceptional. Please forgive me for any omissions. The staff here is outstanding, catering to your every need and making the healing process ❤️‍🩹 remarkably smooth. Initially, I was skeptical, but I greatly appreciate the assistance provided by Ms. Nicole and Jennifer, the nurse practitioner, in helping me manage my medication. Last but not least, the case managers and wound care staff are amazing, ensuring that I departed with all the necessary resources and knowledge.

I would highly recommend Promise Hospital. Our son had to be there for six weeks. First of all the lobby is very nice and relaxing. The Doctors, Nurses and Reps were all terrific. His room was excellent with a television and there is even a space in their room for a family member to spend the night with your loved one. My son really enjoyed his meals and said they were delicious. Thank you to all the staff at Promise Hospital for taking such good care of our son.

I was sent to Promise to finished out my IV antibiotic treatment which was for 3 weeks. My NP, Jennifer, did an excellent job at overseeing my treatment. Everyone in the respiratory department was friendly and very professional. Physical therapy was not the highlight of my day, but the positivity of everyone in the department made it alot more bearable, especially Amy and Don. I found it to be a clean, caring and inviting environment for a facility such as this and would highly recommend.
