Saif Healthcare Limited ("the Company") was incorporated in Pakistan on October 03, 1996 as a Private Limited Company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017) and converted into a Public Company during the financial year ended June 30, 2009. The registered office of the Company is situated at APTMA House, Jamrud Road, Peshawar. The Company is a subsidiary of Saif Holdings Limited (the Holding Company).

Kulsum International Hospital (KIH), an ISO 9001:2015 project of the prestigious Saif Group, is located in the heart of Islamabad. The hospital was established in 2011 to provide international standard healthcare services in Pakistan.
