About Us :

Through subsequent changes, with the promulgation of the Constitution of the Empire of Japan in 1898, the Imperial House Law was decided, and the principle of imperial autonomy was established. In 1902, the Imperial Household Ministry system was implemented under the Imperial Household Ordinance, and the Minister of the Imperial Household was designated as the agency that provided advice to the Emperor regarding all affairs of the Imperial Household.

At the end of the war, the Imperial Household Ministry had the following departments: Minister's Secretariat, Chamberlain's Office, Ceremony Department, Sochichi Dormitory, Moryo Dormitory, Library Dormitory, Samurai Ward, Daizen Dormitory, Kurashiro Dormitory, Naitaku Dormitory, Shumaro Dormitory, General Affairs Bureau, and Guard Bureau. In addition, the external bureaus include the Cabinet Minister's Office, Comptroller's Office, Empress's Palace, Crown Prince's Office, Empress Dowager's Office, Imperial House Accounting and Examination Bureau, Imperial Poetry Center, Imperial House Museum, Shosoin Management Office, Imperial Forestry Bureau, Gakushuin, and Women's Gakushuin.・There was a position called Lee Wang, and a Kyoto regional office was established as a local organization.

After the end of the war, the affairs of the Imperial Household Ministry were transferred to other government agencies or separated and became independent, reducing the size of the organization. On May 3, 1945, with the enforcement of the Japanese Constitution, the Ministry of the Imperial Household became the Imperial Household Office, with the Prime Minister It became a competent institution.

1. I believe this is a hospital for members of the royal family. Misdiagnosis may lead to serious liability issues. As an ordinary citizen, I was under the care of Director Takahashi of Muroran General Hospital, but I was diagnosed with lung cancer and underwent surgery.
