I took my 5 year old son here for the first time to get tubes put in and adenoids removed. Dr Durel and all of the nurses were absolutely amazing. I have 0 complaints. They were so sweet to him. Had coloring sheets ready. Waited till he was asleep to do the things that were stressing him out. The hospital gown was even soft and nice. I absolutely recommend them if you have kids. They put my mind at ease that he was in good care.

I was admitted after surgery on June 27th and I woke up to find the nicest caregivers I could have asked for. I stayed one night and had a couple different nurses but my absolute favorite was Dana ( idk last name)!! She managed my pain well and made me laugh in spite of having general post op discomfort. Also, my favorite CNA (I think) was Leanna Carter. This woman firmly but gently got me out of bed and gave me my first sponge bath. I can’t imagine a more unpleasant duty but she was so gentle and caring that I know she has to have answered a divine calling to do this type of work. I couldn’t have asked for a better facility or caregivers than LSSH.

I had surgery here September 23, 2022. This is one of the most amazing surgical centers I have experienced. The staff is completely amazing, the nurses are so kind and thoughtful, going over and above everything to help make you comfortable. The anesthesiologist was a great, he explained every step of every single thing. Going in I was super nervous about having a surgery and they calmed my fears and made me feel so welcome. The hospital itself is so clean, so pristine. It’s impeccable. I am overly thankful and impressed with every single person I came into contact with and this hospital. Thank you guys for taking care of me!
