I did not have any issue with this clinic. The nurse called me back within a reasonable amount of time, explained steps i needed to provide the clinic with the proper documentation.

I have no complaints at all. I've had several visits since early 2021. MY first visit with my Dr. went very good. Took his time and went over all test results. His visit lasted about 30 to 40 minutes with me. Very thorough. Had prior appointments for blood work, hearing tests etc. I was out of there less than one hour each time. Every one was professional and courteous. I want to thank all of you at this facility for making feel at home and welcomed. THANK YOU.

The Staff at this facility are always very helpful and courteous. My primary care doctor Dr. Gautum is one of the best I have ever worked with. He always explains things in a clear and concise manner, ensuring my comprehension. Not sure why anyone would complain about the excellence in healthcare services this VA Clinic provides .
