1. Wishing to thank the lovely staff of the ED department . They were so kind to my husband during his recent two day stay. He received excellent care , where every option for treatment was explored and communicated to us . As his wife I was shown respect and included in all decisions . The nurses , drs, wards people, pathology , kitchen, radiology and reception staff were very professional, kind and attentive. Special mention to Ashley, Mia, Dr Kesh, Tash, Aiden and others

2. Great experience getting my wisdom teeth out! Shout-out to Irish Cath who treated me so well. Whatever she is being paid is not enough!

3. My husband (Andrew) had a workplace injury and after being seen at another clinic, where he had an X-ray and other scans done and was given antibiotics, he managed to still get an infection and ended up in ED here at Lake Mac Private. They discovered he still had shards of wood in his hand and needed surgery. The nurses in the ward were lovely and took such good care of him and come to find out the hand surgeon was one of the top 3 in our country! What luck! He’s now healing up nicely and has zero nerve damage. We are so thankful for the care he received at Lake Mac Private and could not recommend them enough.
