Spanning over 33,000 m² across 8 floors and located on a 10,025 m² site, it houses 240 licensed beds (expandable to 420). With around 250 specialist and subspecialist doctors, it serves both Tehran residents and international patients. Their IPD (International Patients Department) assists with travel, accommodation, translations, and stays in private, double, or VIP rooms.
