The staff at Laurel Oaks went above and beyond for my child. I do not understand why there are bad reviews. My husband, child and I are very pleased with the intake, discharge and the duration and treatment of my child’s stay. I have had a few youths complete this program with remarkable results. Staff has always been polite, respectful and care a great deal about the kids. At first my youths complained how awful the place was, but after realizing they needed to be there, they did a complete turnaround and are doing wonderful back at home with their families. They later admitted that the place wasn’t that bad, they just did not want to be there and were trying anything they could to be removed. They both have expressed how grateful they are to have been there and learned a lot. They loved their therapists too!
