Trip to the ER last night went as well as I could possibly hope for. I felt heard and respected. The admitting procedure and triage went smoothly. I received kind and compassionate care from the entire staff, got the tests I needed to have relatively quickly despite it being a very busy night, and had my concerns addressed throughout my stay.

Had to visit my aunt, who was life flighted her from 200 miles away. I personally don't like hospitals but this one was very nice. They have a secure courtyard for children with things for children to look at and learn about. It also had places over looking the courtyard for adults to "relax" at or pray or whatever is your thing. The hallway outside ICU was a lot on the HOT side, but the rest of the halls and rooms were very comfortable temperature wise. They have at least 2 different places to get food, and one is 24/7. All the staff and Dr's were very nice and helpful in keeping us informed about our aunt.
