LewisGale Hospital Montgomery Emergency Room is part of LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, a 146-bed general acute-care facility delivering comprehensive healthcare. The hospital has been serving the residents of Southwest Virginia and New River Valley for over 50 years, providing a range of services including cardiology, orthopedic care, and specialized treatment for GERD. The emergency department is a Level III Trauma Center and is fully accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital is a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, the nation's largest non-government hospital organization.
