Located near the National Cricket Stadium, LNH was conceived in 1950 by Syed Wajid Ali Shah and officially inaugurated in 1958. Over the years, it has evolved into the largest tertiary care hospital in the country, with more than 700 beds and over 35 specialties. Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

Before departing for Karachi for my mother's medical treatment, I was quite worried whether I would be able to get the best medical services for her. Particularly, the reviews here made me cast down. However, I must admit that Liaquat National Hospital has been providing state-of-the-art services at nominal charges. Besides, the staff members are well-trained and cordial. Also, the wheelchair facility is no less than a blessing. Last, the canteen offers delicious food at an affordable price.
