I want to thank all of the staff and nurses who cared for my wife during our ER visit today due to a mental health crisis. We ended up having to stay with bed in the main Triage area for 8 hours due to lack of rooms available. I especially want to thank Noel the Triage Attendant, and Kevin the Behavioral Specialist. I just want to thank them both from the bottom of my heart for their genuine caring of patients. They both made such a positive difference for us. Noel went above and beyond to help our stay be a positive one. I am so grateful for his kindness. Kevin was also great and very informative with providing resources for us and a mental health care facility for my wife. I can tell that he truly cares about helping his patients find a path forward. So grateful for both of these gentlemen, as well as all of the staff who had to work so hard today. Hospital was at/over capacity and I for sure got a first hand view of it. THANK YOU!
