I was here for a urinary tract infection, and I must say the staff was very friendly! I presented my German health insurance card and my ID card, and after my medical history was recorded and samples were submitted, it took about 10 minutes for a nurse to escort me into the treatment room. I was treated in a friendly and professional manner at all times. After the treatment, the nurse even took the initiative to show us the pharmacy on Google Maps so I could get my medication there. I highly recommend this practice!
