1. My husband and I walked into the ER with a dehydrated one year old who had diarrhoea and was vomitting. At reception the gentlemen were friendly and efficient and we were spotted by a nurse who quickly rushed us into the ER and had our blood work done. In a matter of minutes she was attended by a doctor and had a drip up. There was no wait but it was a Sunday afternoon so maybe a little less full. Anyways, the nurses and doctors where great answering questions we had and playing with baby. 10/10

2. I've spent my morning at Groenkloof, in the emergency ward, on shift change. Goodness, I am impressed! Everything went seamless, from reception, to the nursing staff (sister Erasmus and John Love, Dokter v. d Merwe, to the team at the CT scan, and the porters. Thank you for taking such good care of me, being so friendly and comforting. You guys work so hard, with so much love and dedication. The hospital itself is beautiful and everybody there looks like they are happy to work there. Keep up the good work! I appreciate you so much
