I am more qualified than most of your clientele to rate your surgical crew in the Cardiology Operating Room. I have been in operating rooms for 9 surgeries and 2 procedures. I think they are a crack crew that are all dedicated to doing their jobs and are attentive to their patients. They did their best to make me feel safe and comfortable. I hope it's the last time I venture into surgery, but if I had to and got my choice, your crew would be my first pick.~Finally off stage

I appreciated everyone who was there to help. I was checked in right away and it didn’t take long before the first part of my visit was done. I did have to wait for a doctor, but so did others. While sitting in the hall I observed several other people being cared for in a cheerful and friendly manner. When it was my turn my needs were met efficiently and I was finished. I was there about two hours, so that wasn’t too long. Everyone I encountered was professional, calm and helpful.~Laura Bickel
