My wife and I went to have an eye exam, but the doctor gave my wife the wrong exam. They went to an optical store to get 2 glasses, but because the examination was incorrect, this resulted in an incorrect examination and 2 glasses. Wrong. We contacted the hospital administration, but the answer was that correcting the error would be done by a single patient and not Two. This service is not at the required level. Not acceptable customer service as they did not fix the mistake that was done by the doctor.
