Maharaj Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital is the main healthcare facility in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand. Established on June 24, 1953, it has expanded from an initial 25-bed capacity to 866 beds as of 2024. The hospital serves as a teaching affiliate of the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University, and participates in the Ministry of Public Health's Collaborative Project to Increase Production of Rural Doctors (CPIRD) in collaboration with Mahidol University
