I came in to walk-in care at the new Maveric Street location with sore throat complications. The practitioner that saw me (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely kind and attentive. She asked many questions about my symptoms and was eager to help me. The phlebotomist was also a very kind and communicative person. She made me feel very comfortable. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am now on antibiotics and on a fast track to healing. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Very positive experience. Facility was immaculate and plenty of space in the waiting area so you can segregate. Masks, tissues and hand sanitizer were all abundant and well placed. There were 6 people ahead of me but it took less than an hour to be seen. The provider listened, checked everything that needed to be checked and gave me clear diagnosis and instructions. Prescription was called in next door at Hannafords and they too were very prompt and accommodating when I explained that I was trying to catch a ferry in the next 15 minutes. They expedited my prescriptions which I thought was very above and beyond. And I even made the ferry home!
