I made an appointment online for Quickcare and saw that there was no waiting time so i went immediately I was seen right after quickly checking in, by a friendly staff. The MA was thorough and efficient. The Provider quickly diagnosed my problem and treatment was provided efficiently. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!

How often can one say their experience in a medical situation was perfect, but mine at MaineHealth in Saco was. I suspected a sinus infection was present, so when I woke up I went online and made an appointment to be seen at the walk in care facility. I was taken to a room before my appointment time, answered questions, had my vitals taken and saw the FNP with five minutes. It had been indicated that my appointment would be 20 minutes and it was — right on time. I left with my concerns addressed and a good feeling about the services provided as well as about the care providers. If necessary I would return any time.
