Kudos to all staffs of Manila East from ER, Admitting, Philhealth, Billing, Nurse Station 5th floor, Dietrician and Radiology. They are accommodating, courteous, respectful at all time, informative, calm, responsive etc. The doctors are also professional in ER and Dr. Lazaro. They answer the questions right away and set proper expectations. I also love that they have telephone inside the room with the contact list of each department as its easy for me to reach and ask question without leaving my patient and if they also need to talk to you they will just call you its hassle free specially to me that I don't have any reliever as a watcher. Dietrician they were able to follow the food that I requested for my mother fish and vegetable no meat. Thank you so much. I really recommend them to my family and friends. I prefer this private hospital here in Taytay unlike the other hospital. Though there are some minor concern that needs to improve like the cleanliness (small private room) I recommend to fumigate once in a while and fix po ung sofa. Thank you again Manila East staffs. Please continue to serve like this. Thank you as well to the owner and founder you have a good management.

I had an Ear infection that time, so i needed to see an EENT doctor. The process was quick and easy. They let me go through the HMO queue then after being approved, I go straight to the Doctor. The doctor who checked me up was Dr. Miguel Dualan. (BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER MET). He was amazing, I'll definitely recommend him to all of my friends and I'll never change doctor for my EENT concerns ever again. He know exactly what he was doing and he figured out right away my problem was. Parking fee was only 10Php and all of the employee was very accommodating. Thank you for lessen the burden that i was going thru that day. I WAS REALLY IN PAIN.
