The Regional Hospital is a top hospital in Estonia, with core values of dedication and professionalism, care and responsibility, openness and cooperation. The Regional Hospital Group employs nearly 5,000 people to serve patients – our team includes doctors, nurses, caregivers and specialists in other specialties. We have over 500 doctors, and more than a hundred resident doctors are also constantly practicing at the Regional Hospital.
The Regional Hospital consists of seven clinics with specialist centres. Similar to European university hospitals, the Regional Hospital offers treatment services in all medical specialities, except paediatrics and obstetrics. The Regional Hospital is home to Estonia's largest cancer, trauma, cardiac and psychiatric centre.
We want to offer every patient the best quality of treatment and the greatest satisfaction with the treatment service. As the first hospital in Estonia, we passed the Joint Commission International pre-audit, which gave a good assessment of our activities to date and recommendations for the future. In order to continuously improve the quality of treatment services, the hospital has formed a patient advisory board, a treatment quality and trauma committee, and an ethics council.

I received excellent care at this hospital. I was able to treat my throat inflammation. From the beginning, nurses and doctors took care of me, administering the necessary antibiotics. They kept me overnight as a precaution, having done everything needed. In the end, they discharged me with a week-long treatment when my condition improved, and then nothing more was needed. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, such a kind and helpful staff

Very friendly staff that answer all your questions. Lot of information boards so you can always find your way. ER wait is about 2-3h which is normal depending on your condition of course.
