Founded in 1955, Maternidade Odete Valadares (MOV) is part of the Fhemig (Hospital Foundation of the State of Minas Gerais) network. It specializes in women's health and newborn care. MOV is renowned for its high-risk pregnancy services, premature infant care, Human Milk Bank, and recently, the addition of a Fetal Medicine Unit.
