The front desk person was very helpful and respectful. I was seen soon enough after I filled out the paperwork. The practitioner was very polite, and asked me all the necessary questions, and took my swabs for the rapid strep throat (why I was visiting them for) , and also swabbed me for covid and flu just to rule out any edge cases. Finally, doctor Meagan saw me, suggested me all the necessary medications starting from the mandatory ones to the optional ones and has been very professional and polite. On the way out, the front desk person clarified the billing details. I’m feeling much better now after taking the medications prescribed by the doctor. Overall, it has been a great experience. I’m giving it 5 stars for sure! Thank you to all the Medallus Medical Sandy staff.

They are always very nice. It is efficient i barely had time to sit down when I was called back. The nurses are cheerful and when you feel terrible and coughing up a lung it helps when they have a sense of humor about it. Gabrielle listens to everything you say and considers your thoughts as well. She is honest about what she thinks as well. I like that. And its quick. I am feeling better from my treatment. Good choice all around.

I saw Megan at the urgent care on a Sunday afternoon and she was absolutely awesome. I have such a hard time with doctors in general and I felt like she genuinely took the time to explain things to me and figure out what was going on. Her sense of humor was immaculate and helped me feel so much more calm and relaxed. I literally felt so much more confident in what I needed to do and why (lol) because of her patient and thorough explanation of my symptoms. BEST DOCTOR!!
