I recently visited Medcare Hospital, Al Safa, for treatment that involved undergoing a few procedures and injections. As someone who is quite anxious and scared of injections, I was naturally very nervous. However, I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional care and support provided by Nurse Ms. Vina and Nurse Ms. Jency. They were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They handled my fear with great compassion, reassured me throughout the process, and made the entire experience far more comfortable than I had expected.

Im staying at room 209, I had a surgery and it went very well with Dr. Houssam Altrabulsi, the nurses are very attentive in assisting me as well. The housekeeping is very helpful and always likes to keep the room clean and tidy. The Housekeeping team and female supervisor Dihana did an excellent job, i had a surgery and cannot have hard food at the moment. They are very kind in keeping my table with few bottles of water. My overall experienced with the hospital is outstanding… Thank you
