Hospital Beds & Infrastructure

I recently was admitted for surgery at Medical City Decatur. My experience was great as always. The nurses and other staff were very nice, attentive and actually acted like they really cared, compared to other places I've been to. I live about 3 hours away from this hospital and still choose to be seen and treated by them versus a hospital in my own home town . I will always choose this amazing establishment to be treated for whatever reason.

I had a diagnostic mammogram on my left breast and will have an other in six months. I have a cyst so they will be keeping track of it for the next two years. I’m glad they were able to see that it’s not cancer. They are very caring and let me know everything they where doing.

The nurses, techs, lab, imaging, dietary services and environmental services were all respectful and attentive. The surgery staff made me feel very comfortable before and after my procedure.
