1. My hat goes off to the hospital staff. They deal with many problems and never seem to get the credit they deserve. I praised the emergency doctors and nurses and now I must exclaim how good the nurses and staff are in day surgery. They instill confidence from the moment you arrive until they send you on your way home. Not many of us spend a lot of time in the hospital so it can be an unnerving experience but I found the staff to be friendly and confident, putting me at ease.
2. From having my tonsils out to hernia surgery I have been in Medicine Hat Hospital for it all and personally everyone from pre admission to all the wonderful staff in day surgery and back down all deserve the highest regard very professional and courteous and compassionate they truly care about each patient and it shows my “Hats off” to the staff at the Hospital you are all amazing!!! Keep up the great work.
