I am so thankful for Mediclinic being in Reem Mall, they literally saved my life. I have always has a good experience with this branch and the staff are well trained and welcoming. Didn't realize that they would be saving me from an anaphylactic attack due to cross contamination of my coffee. Unlike the cafe, they were very supportive and caring. The pharmacist (Sara) was really responsive with the nursing team when she realized I was struggling and couldn't administer the EpiPen to myself. I really appreciate them. I unfortunately cannot remember the nursing team that helped me, as I was in a state of shock. But still, I'm thankful for them.
