1. Can't compliment the staff enough. From the minute I arrived at 6 in the morning until the next day when I left, the staff were nothing but friendly and efficient (and I include security in this compliment). Most people complain about hospital food... well nothing to complain about here it was superb. I really like the idea of the way you do your day pre-admission in a lounge area so patients go up to the ward only needing to change and then they ready for theatre. Well done Morningside on a brilliant managed hospital.
2. Been at the paediatric ward now for 7 days. I just want to thank the amazing and incredible nurses who have helped take care of my baby. They have been empathetic, kind and so helpful. I am honestly so grateful to each and everyone of them. They are always coming in and checking obviously on my baby but me too. They have taken such good care of us. Food has also been delicious. Thank you Morningside for making our hospital stay better than ever. I am so grateful. Rooms are spotless as well and get cleaned very often.
