1. I started to have a high fever and stomachache from the first day of my trip to Hanoi. As a foreigner, I hoped to get better without seeing a doctor, but having suffered for three days, I ended up going to this hospital.
First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the doctor who was on duty at the emergency room between 21:30~24:00 on June, 1, 2023. He spent a generous amount of time on explaining in English and making sure that all the documents were ready for traveller's insurance. He also looked up a pharmacy that was open at a late night.
Next, I also would thank the nurse with all my heart who helped me to call a taxi(Grab). I didn't know until I was going to pay the driver that the nurse had already paid fare on her mobile when she arranged for the car. I wish I could pay back and thank in person for her kindness. Thank you very much!
2. Went there today for a covid 19 test. No English but very efficient. 2 million vnd as apposed to other approved clinics or hospitals that are over 4 million. Very friendly and helpful staff. π
