Posting this review because of all the bad reviews I was very nervous but this was our only option. Turns out I didn’t need to worry. My husband went to the ER, waited for only an hour, and was diagnosed, given antibiotics and was feeling back to himself in a few hours. Nurses were very nice.

I had to bring my dad in last night around 9 pm. Waiting room was packed and it was definitely a busy night. People need to show employees more grace. Many patients became impatient , while the staff was doing thrre very best. The front staff were very responsive while my father needed immediate attention. The nurses and doctors were also very responsive and attentive. The nurses name was Bebe I believe , she did amazing and made me feel confident in the care being given. The doctors and staff are only able to work with the circumstances they are handed, and some patience and grace may even improve your medical care as adding stress to their day isn’t effective. If you ever feel you are not being seen quick enough, it simply is because bigger emergency’s are being seen. People seem to forget primary doctors exist and the hospitals first priority isn’t issues that could be addressed later.
