Great to see that complaints are evaluated and addressed. Being from Boston where world class care is a role model from the Garage, to the check-in desk by entrance, to blood draw , to parking pass , to vitals to infusion to done and to the car was absolutely flawless. From owning our own business I know a good owner listens to feedback and strives to be better. Management has stepped up . The best part of what is not my favorite activity is your nurse . Marta is as good as they get . She has only been my nurse a few times but she remembers me , my name , my family and is extremely pleasant, a great listener and shows she loves what she does . You have created a positive team that shows they are there to support . I can be critical but this is a review that feels 5 stars is not high enough!

The Washington Hospital Center is full of the most caring and empathetic personnel I have ever encountered in a hospital. From top to bottom, it’s a warm, friendly atmosphere at a time when you need it the most. It’s not a cold unfriendly atmosphere, but one where if you look lost you will be rescued by people who know you need help and will do so in the most caring manner. I have seen this consistently when I have been an outpatient there.
