My daughter needed to go to the ER for severe abdominal pain. We arrived at 2 pm. We did have to wait four hours to get into an ER room but once we were in the room the staff was so efficient. We had only been in the room a few minutes before the Dr came in and ordered the CAT SCAN. We did wait about 45 minutes to be taken down but once it was done the Dr had the results in less than 20 minutes. Ordered a sonogram next and he was barely out of the room and they had my daughter transported to get that test. She was back about 20 minutes and Dr (we did not get his name) was back in again to let us know he was admitting her. We thought it would take a loooooong time to get a room but we waited less than an hour. The visits we had with the internist were very informative and easy to follow their logic (Dr Vida) was fantastic. Her nurse Courtney was very pleasant and attentive. This was our first ER visit. We are very impressed.

My husband was on the 10th floor in February this year. We could not ask for a better group of doctors nurses CNAs ER staff EMTS in ambulance and room cleaners, and anyone else who helped with his care. They were all kind, caring, and excellent at their jobs. Extending their care and concern for his family and visitors, too. We were truly thankful to each one of them. Memorial lives up to its excellent care for patients and their families. Thank you all so much.
