The nurse who checked me in was so sweet. She could tell I was struggling and slightly panicked. She took immediate action and ensures I was taken care of ASAP! Nancy, my bed side nurse was also so amazing! I hate shots and am scared of needles and she was so graceful!! Not sure of the Doctor’s name but she also was very kind and patient and educated me as needed! Allergic reactions are no joke!! They were the best at seeing to my care!!

This should be the go-to urgent care if you find yourself in need of one in Ankeny. Always a positive experience (despite going there for a less than positive reason such as illness). Specifically, Tonia Erickson is very helpful, thorough and gets to the issue quickly. Nurse Nancy is very friendly and always so warm to my daughter. I have been meaning to write a review for some time after several, always positive, experienced with these two. Thank you!
