Serving the tri-state area of Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin, it provides immediate, high-quality emergency medical services. The department is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians from Dubuque Emergency Physicians (DEP), Iowa’s oldest board-certified, residency-trained emergency medicine group. ​
