We went to the ED. After a lengthy wait as we watched sicker patients be taken back it was our turn. Every one looked very tired and exhausted from a long day of takeing care of ill patients, but that didn't reflect in their attitudes. Dr. Poole was AMAZING. Wonderful bedside manner, thorough, and very personable. I wish he could be our family physician.The nursing staff... everyone was so nice and caring. I've had ALOT of hospital visits due to health issues and this was by far the BEST interaction and care I have ever received. They all deserve a bonus and round of hugs!
