This review is only for Janet/Admissions. The Doctor's office failed to update them of our Pre-Op Appointment with my Elderly 93 Year Old Father. She showed Empathy in helping resolve this situation, as my Dad was not feeling well and wearing a Catheter. She was able with the help of the Dr Office Scheduler, Tanya, to get this process going for us. It delayed us by an hour, however, at least we didn't have to postpone and come back.
