Established in 1968, the Multan Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy (MINAR) is a government-operated cancer care facility located on Nishtar Road, Lalazar Colony, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. Operated under the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC), MINAR is dedicated to providing free diagnostic and cancer treatment services to patients, particularly those from South Punjab and neighboring regions. ​
