I have read over and over again how incompetent the Molina reps are and that it is impossible to get a call back. All that maybe true but I promise you you just need to ask for Veronica De Armas-Anderson. She just might be the only reason Molina has any client's. Veronica stayed in touch with me for over a year answering all questions and concerns I had even though I was not eligible for several months. My communication was over the phone until the day I finally met her and wow was I even more impressed. She makes the calls for you She checks to make sure your Dr's are covered. She just knows all the little things your need to get your perfect coverage. Veronica makes the effort to make sure you understand and agree to the policies terms. She make you feel heard and validated she honestly cares. Please before canceling or just being fed up with Molina ask that Veronica be your agent give her a chance to show you Molina can be the right choice for you She's bilingual which is so helpful when you're just trying to understand things. Let Veronica prove not everyone at Molina are incompetent there is at least one very smart person that doesn't think of it as just a job but as an opportunity to build good relationships helping people.
